With respect to its license to operate, Bethsaida International Christian University as a religious institution has received exemption from the Department of Education's Commission for Independent Education of the State of Florida, acting as a green light to issue degrees of a religious nature at various levels [bachelor's, master's, and doctorate] in accordance with the Florida Bylaws/Section 1005.06(1)(f), F.S. and By-Laws 6E-5.001.

En ce qui concerne sa licence d'exploitation, l'Université Chrétienne Internationale Bethsaida en tant qu'institution religieuse a obtenu une exemption de la Commission pour l'Éducation Indépendante du Département de l'Éducation de l'État de Floride, agissant comme un feu vert pour délivrer des diplômes de nature religieuse à divers niveaux [bachelor, master et doctorat] conformément aux statuts du Florida Bylaws/Section 1005.06(1)(f), F.S. et aux Règlements 6E-5.001.
