Study System

The university offers two study systems: The individual course system and the cohort system.

Individual courses allow students to register for courses one by one and complete them for a period of eight (8) weeks.  In this case, students study at their own pace and build their own schedule. This system is best suited for working professionals who are too busy to book or dedicate time to their training.

The cohort system allows a group of students enrolled in a semester to take and complete the same courses during a given semester, a prerequisite for admission to the next level. With the cohort system, a new class will start each semester, so 4 times a year, in January, April, July and September.

Student dashboard

Access to the Student Dashboard depends on the status of your payment. If you miss payment, you will have problems accessing the learning dashboard. You can use debit/credit cards, PayPal to make payments on our site.

Books and materials

Some books are included in the curriculum and will be downloaded from the learning dashboard. Students will be required to purchase certain books as per the teacher's recommendations.

Academic Calendar

As mentioned above, courses will be delivered in a blended format consisting of online/distance learning and face-to-face teaching at the end of each semester, depending on the type of program. Some programs are delivered exclusively remotely or online. You will be notified when updates are available regarding the technological tools and platforms needed to further your studies. Videos, audio files, and books will be used to help students gain the necessary knowledge and skills. With the cohort system, a new class will start each semester, so 4 times a year, in January, April, July and September.

At the student's pace

Self-paced learning means that students can determine their own speed of learning depending on what they do.  This way of learning has the advantage of being flexible, affordable and stress-free and is very much appreciated by those who like their independence and managing their own schedule. Not all of Bethsaida's programs offer self-paced learning. Visit the website for more information.

Graduation

At the end of the study program, the student receives correspondence from the Academic Affairs Department whereby he/she is informed of his/her academic and financial status and the missing documents to be submitted, if any.

Once everything is clear, the graduating student receives a financial and academic pass to submit to the graduation committee. This certificate states that the student meets all the requirements to receive their diploma and participate in the next graduation ceremony.

The graduation ceremony takes place every year in the month of May The first transcript is free. For any additional copies, a fee is charged (see price list).

Graduation ceremonies are held once a year during the month of May At the beginning of the final semester, the graduating student receives the checklist of all requirements for the next graduation ceremony. He is informed from time to time of his status so that he does not miss any step of the process.
